Custom simulation development

We design and build dedicated physics simulation environments to your requirements — organizing targets, equipment conditions, control conditions and metrics, and implementing only what the validation needs.

Real-to-Sim

We convert real equipment, objects and work environments into simulation from CAD, photos, videos, dimensions, catalogs, sensor logs and control conditions. Without CAD, we start from simplified models and refine against measured data.

Sim-to-Real

Validated motion conditions, failure patterns, control parameters and layouts are returned to real robots, equipment and machine design. Interference, reachable range, cycle time and grasping conditions are checked before machine tests.

Robot & equipment configuration

For robot arms, end effectors, jigs, conveyors, simple dedicated machines and test rigs, we use our domestic and international equipment network to consider off-the-shelf selection and procurement through to custom mechanism design and development, according to requirements.

Condition search & failure validation

Combining physics simulation with AI surrogates, we compare large numbers of conditions and separate success from failure conditions — including conditions difficult to try on real machines.

Validation reporting

We organize condition comparisons, failure conditions, recommendations and improvements into materials usable for internal explanation and customer proposals — kept reusable for the next design, test or PoC.
