Requirements

Organize target equipment, objects, motions, metrics and success conditions — what to validate and what to decide.

Data review

Review CAD, photos, videos, dimensions, catalogs, logs and control conditions. Missing data is handled with alternative approaches.

Modeling

With CAD, we build geometry and collision models. Without CAD, we build approximate models from simplified shapes, videos and dimensions.

Physics & control conditions

Set speed, acceleration, torque, friction, flow rate, particle size, wind, temperature and the condition ranges to validate.

Validation & refinement

Compare against real data and videos, refine as needed, and state the applicable range and accuracy limits.

Output

Produce condition comparisons, failure conditions, recommendations, improvements and reports — kept reusable for the next design, test or PoC.
